I cannot access my user area. What should I do?

If you can´t access your user area, follow the following procedure:

Password change procedure:

  1. From the main page click on the button at the top left that says "PRIVATE AREA".
  2. Then click where it says "Forgot password?" And fill in the fields requested.
  3. Check your inbox, you will have received an email where you will find the precise instructions to gain access. If you do not receive anything, check the SPAM folder.
  4. In the event you do not receive an email and still have no access to your user profile, you can open an incident and one of our agents will contact you to resolve it. Go to Incidents
