Can I pay for my booking before collecting the vehicle?

If you want to prepay your booking, most of the times you can, just access the customer area through the following link:: https://www.goldcar.es/mygoldcar/en/

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one using the same link, it's easy: Have you lost your password? However, don't forget to check your spam folder to see if you've gotten any information about your new password.

At this point, you will have either fully or partly paid for your booking, or your booking is pending to be paid for. The different options appear during the reservation process at www.goldcar.es.

If you've booked a car through another website (travel agency, price checkers, rentalcars.com, among others) you have not prepaid Goldcar, therefore, you'll have to contact the company you made the reservation with for any changes or to check any information.
