What is the charge that I received on my card after returning the vehicle?

Any charge made after returning the vehicle is always automatically notified through the email provided on the customer's file. Some common reasons are:

1. - Excess in kilometres travelled according to the limit of the rental office

2. - Damage to the vehicle not included in the contracted cover

3. – The necessity to carry out a special cleaning of the vehicle

4. - Management of driver identification due to traffic fines

5. - Failure to fulfil the requirements of the Full-Full Refueling System

6. - Charge for the fuel used during your hire
