Have you been fined or received a penalty notice?

In the event of fines during your rental agreement's validity period, you will be responsible to pay the corresponding amount in addition to a 55.00€ fee in concept of fine processing charges. We will be provided with identification details by the authority issuing the fine which will be forwarded to you so you may benefit from possible payment discounts, depending on the type of fine.

You will receive an automatic email from us informing you about the notice. This email will include all information received from the issuing authority. But the actual fine will be sent to your home address directly by them. You may not receive the fine for quite some time, particularly in the case of fines imposed abroad.
