Is there anything that my coverage doesn't include?

You can add our covers Relax, Super Relax and Mega Relax to your booking, in our Web. In this table you can find the inclusions, limitations and exclusions for each cover. With any of these covers you reduce the amount of the security deposit for the car. The price of each cover is different: depends on the location, car model and duration selected for your rental, but you will find this out easily when doing the booking.

You lose the benefit of the additional covers and are liable for all damage and costs, with no deductible, in the following cases (non-exhaustive list):

  • You intentionally cause the damages, or they are caused by your wilful misconduct or your negligent use of the vehicle. Negligence is a behavior that does not meet the standards expected of a reasonably prudent person in similar circumstances.
  • The use of the vehicle has constituted a violation of driving laws or applicable laws.
  • Your use of the vehicle is intentionally in breach of the Contractual Documents.
  • You do not fill in the accident report correctly or at all, or you do not return it to Goldcar within the specified time.
