What documents do I have to provide before I collect the vehicle?

-Valid Passport or National Identity Card.

-Valid Driver's licence.
-Credit / Debit card in the name of the main driver (not all our offices accept payment by debit card, please consult our T&Cs)
-Reservation voucher.

If you have made your reservation through Goldcar Website, you only need your booking reference.

If you have reserved our Key´n Go product, you will be asked to do the Online Check in to validate you driver license and your ID card/passport in a few and secured steps. With it, the keys of your vehicle will be immediately handed over to you at pick up by our Key'nGo atumated key dispenser.
