What is the charge that I received on my card after returning the vehicle?
Charges made after returning the vehicle are always automatically notified through the email provided by the customer. Some common reasons are:
1. - Excess in kilometres travelled according to the limit of the rental office
2. - Damage to the vehicle not included in the contracted cover
3. - The necessity to carry out a special cleaning of the vehicle
4. - Management of driver identification due to traffic fines
5. - You return the vehicle after the 59 minute courtesy period after the end of the contract.
6. - Charge for the fuel used during your hire
7. - Vehicle recover in case it was not correcty returned to Goldcar's parking area.
