Collecting the keys at the destination

With Key’n Go, key collection will take less than 2 minutes. You´ll find the machine at the collection office. The exact location of the Key'nGo can be found on your voucher.

Once you get to the machine:

- Choose your language.

- Scan your Passbook, the QR code from your voucher or insert your Goldcar booking number at the touchscreen

- Select your vehicle.

- Leave a deposit for the fuel tank *

- Collect the keys to your vehicle.

- Receive a reduced copy of your rental agreement (and full copy via email)

- Pick-up your car at the car park

- Enjoy your holiday!

* For Portuguese mainland offices there is as well a deposit for the possible usage of the tolls system (Via Verde)
