What is the 'Premium Location Fee' or 'Airport Fee' in car rental?

When a rent-a-car office is inside the airport, the 'airport fee' applies. Its price is already included in your reservation, and you can see it in the invoice breakdown. If you add more extras later at the counter, this concept will be updated.
