​ My reservation has been affected by Covid travel restrictions. How can I modify or cancel my booking?

The cancelation and modification options for reservations affected by Covid 19 travel restrictions depend on your travel dates, destination and rental rate. If you have made the booking directly on our webpage, you can consult the options available through your client area.

Once you have logged in, please go to the details of the booking in question where you can see if you have the option to modify or cancel the booking or request a voucher for the value of the booking (depending on reservation conditions).

If the pick-up date has already passed, the booking details will be in the previous or cancelled booking sections. If you have made your reservation through an intermediary website please contact them regarding your cancelation options.
