I have already paid for my reservation but have not received confirmation
If you do not receive confirmation. You can access your booking area where you’ll find a generated coupon that you can print.
To print your coupon:
- Go to "My bookings" you can find this in the client area. It is located at the top right of the Goldcar.es page.
- Once in "My bookings" you can print out your booking as shown in the diargram:
If you have accessed and the confirmed booking is not listed, you need to open an incident using the following link: Open an Incident
