I have already paid for my reservation but have not received confirmation

If you do not receive confirmation. You can access your booking area where you’ll find a generated coupon that you can print.

To print your coupon:

  1. Go to "My bookings" you can find this in the client area. It is located at the top right of the Goldcar.es page.
  2. Once in "My bookings" you can print out your booking as shown in the diargram:

If you have accessed and the confirmed booking is not listed, you need to open an incident using the following link: Open an Incident
