How can I cancel a reservation?

Our customer services department is dealing with a lot of queries due to the current situation . You can modify or cancel your reservation in your customer area through the following link https://www.goldcar.es/mygoldcar/en/

If you have an active booking,We ask that you please check your email as we will comunicate with you via this channel. If you have reserved through an agency or third party please contact them directly.

STEP 1. Enter: www.goldcar.es and log in with your username. You can choose any of the three options: "Club Goldcar" "My Goldcar", or "My reservations" as all 3 will take you to the control panel where you can see your booking.

STEP 2. Click on "Active Reservations".

STEP 3. Click on "Cancel reservation".

STEP 4. A panel like this will open, where you can modify or cancel your reservation. To cancel, click "Cancel the reservation".

STEP 5. To proceed with the cancellation of the reservation, click on "Apply Changes".

STEP 6. Your reservation has been cancelled correctly. Remember that you can reactivate it "how to reactivate a cancelled reservation", as long as the date of collection of the vehicle has not passed
