How can I change my booking (change of date, change of vehicle, add or remove extras…)

STEP 1. Enter: www.goldcar.es and log in with your Club Goldcar user name. You can choose any of the three options: "Club Goldcar", "My Goldcar", or "My reservations" as all 3 will take you to the control panel where you can see your reservation.

STEP 2. Click on "Active Reservations".

STEP 4. A panel like this will open, where office or dates can be changed, you can change the vehicle group and add or remove additional services. Here's how to make these changes in your reservation.

STEP 4.1. OFFICE OR DATE CHANGES.

Click on "Change offices or dates." You’ll see a panel like this, where you can modify offices or dates of collection and return of the vehicle.

STEP 4.2. CHANGE YOUR VEHICLE GROUP.

Click on "Change the vehicle group." You’ll see a panel like this with the available models and where you can make the changes you want.

STEP 4.3. ADD OR REMOVE EXTRAS.

Click on "Extras". It will open a panel like this, where you can add or remove extra services such as additional driver, preferred collection, super relax cover, GPS and child seats.

* Remember that some changes in bookings can alter the final price of your reservation.
