How do I reactivate a cancelled booking?

STEP 1. Enter: and log in with your Club Goldcar user name. You can choose any of the three options: "Club Goldcar" "My Goldcar", or "My reservations", as all 3 will take you to the control panel where you can see your reservation.

STEP 2. Click on "Reservations cancelled" to reactivate your reservation.

STEP 3. Click on "Reactivate the reservation".

STEP 4. To continue with the reactivation of your reservation, click "Apply Changes".

STEP 5. Your reservation will be reactivated correctly. If it does not, it will be because at that time, the office selected has no availability in its fleet.
