I cannot pick up the vehicle. Under what circumstances do I get a refund?

  1. There are no cancellation costs 48 hours before the collection of the vehicle (website reservation)
  2. There is no option for a refund in the case of a no-show at the office to collect the vehicle.
  3. In the case of having a prepaid non-refundable rate (crazy rate), it cannot be refunded.
