Remember that any reservations made from a different website (travel agents, price comparison websites, such as rentalcars.com) or via telephone must ALWAYS be modified through the same website or telephone.

Non-refundable bookings (such as the "Crazy" rates or any other rate with another commercial name identified as such) cannot be modified or cancelled.
