I can't pay with my card. What do I do?

If you tried to pay with your card but it wasn’t accepted, don’t worry. This is an easy problem to fix.

You should check the following things:

  1. Your balance is in credit.
    Make sure your account has sufficient funds available to cover the amount of the booking.
    Increase your balance or try a different card linked to a different bank account.
  2. Verify that you have entered your CVV/CVC security code correctly.
    This is a three-digit code that you will find on the back of your card.
  3. Make sure your card is authorised to make payments overseas, online or recurring transactions.
    Contact your bank to verify it. You may need to authorise your card to make 3-D Secure online transactions, such as "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard with SecureCode".
  4. It's possible that your card has expired or has been cancelled.

Contact your bank for more details or request a new card. Then, update your payment details in the booking process and try to make the payment again.


If you have checked all this information but still have trouble making payments with your card, contact your bank. They will be able to advise you adequately to solve the problem.
