Yes, I booked on the Goldcar website with my email address: invoices will be available and you can consult them when you have finished the hire period.

STEP 1. Enter: www.goldcar.es and log in with your Club Goldcar user name. Go to "My bookings".

STEP 2. Click on "My invoices".

STEP 3. You can review all your invoices and, if you wish, download them as a PDF.

No, I booked through a third party (Booking.com, Kayak, Rentalcars...): you must contact their customer service directly for a query about your invoice or other topics (meaning no other charges applied by Goldcar like extras, fees, ...)

Otherwise, at the end of the rental period, an invoice is automatically generated and is available at the following link: https://www.goldcar.es/en/facturacion/facturacionelectronica/

You can enter by filling in the contract number and client number. The client number can be found on the rental agreement.

If you wish to modify any information or put the invoice in a company´s name, you can do so by sending a message to the email address solicitudfacturas@goldcar.es stating the booking number and the changes you wish to make.
